Being conscious of the global energy shortage and the ever-increasing trend of energy costs, since early 2009, Saigon Morin Board of Directors decided to invest big into the solar energy system for water heating for using in the hotel.

The solar water heating system installed at Saigon Morin is an industrial forced convection system with automated central thermal supervision and dispense. The system uses an arrangement of flat solar collectors to convert energy from the sun for hot water heating. An additional heat pump heating system makes sure hot water is available in rainy and gloomy days when the sun wouldn’t come out. The solar hot water heating system not only guarantees constant reliable hot water supply for all purposes but also contributes significantly to the hotel’s efforts to bring down its operational costs.

Lift system with maximum load of 680kg and incorporated inverters helps to save up to 15% electricity.
