Angel Palace, a 3-star hotel has been in service since March 2012. The 10-storey hotel’s facilities include 36 rooms, a restaurant, a massage parlor and an area reserved for tourist information with souvenirs for sale. The directorial board decided to install energy and water saving equipment, aiming to cut expenditure, as well as to ensure the hotel pricing policy is competitive in comparison with others.
Currently the hotel is using about 800 to 900 electricity saving compact bulbs for lighting in the lobby, hallways, restaurant, rooms and other shared areas.

Using led bulbs which light up rooms with a total length of 10,000 meters along ceiling panels and for exit signs helps save 80 percent of electricity amount in areas that need a lot of light, and makes the hotel looks better.

The elevator has a carrying capacity of 680 kilograms. It is installed with electricity changer which can save, at maximum 15% of power compared to regular elevators.

In order to save water, Angel Palace has installed Grohe water-saving sinks in every room. Grohe sinks and faucets are equipped with Neoperl aerators saving 40 to 60 percent water which is equivalent to, at minimum, 6 liters of water a minute.
